Privacy and Data Security

1. We apply strictly the legal regulations regarding privacy. We won't store personal data if you just visit the webshop. In some cases we need however such data of you e.g. if you purchase a product in our Webshop. We use the personal data in detail for the completion of the orders, for the supply of the goods, to inform for the completion of the payment, products, services and offers. We store and pass the personal data primarily for optimal job execution on to other enterprises. (i.e. shipping). The in such a way passed on data may be only used by the receiver for the fulfilment of its task.

2. Your personal data will not be handed on to third parties by us, nor will it be published in any other way, except for special cases. Such exceptional cases shall prevail if there is a reason to believe that rights or property of our firm and/or other users are being infringed. This applies notwithstanding the fact whether such infringement is done intentionally or unintentionally. Besides we do not record any personal data.

3. According to article 5 of the Austrian Data Protection Law 2000, you have the right to, free of charge, receive information on your stored data and, as the case may be, the right to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted.

4. We secure our website and other systems with technical and organisational measures against the loss, destruction, access, change, or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. Although there are regular checks, it is not possible to provide complete protection against all dangers.
